my wishlist for the 2011 Academy Awards (my faves, not a prediction because I suck at this things + these are not all of the categories obviously..)

• Best Picture: The Help (I can’t decide omg and I have only seen 8, I don’t know how the Academy does this, it’s a tough choice)
• Actor In a Leading Role: George Clooney
• Actress In a Leading Role: Rooney Mara
• Actor In a Supporting Role: Max von Sydow
• Actress In a Supporting Role: Octavia Spencer
• Animated Feature Film: Puss in Boots
• Sound Editing: Drive (because this is the only category it’s nominated for!)
• Writing (Adapted Screenplay): The Ides of March  (because this is the only category it’s nominated for!)
• + The Artist must definitely win some, it’s awesome

What about you? your favourites, predictions?

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close is such a beautiful film. I loved every second of it and I know I should have done this before but I really need to read the book. Anyway, it’s a good story, the one that stays with you and I’ll hopefully dream about.

Drive wasn’t nominated? Ryan Gosling?
